Investment Opportunity
Affresol are currently undertaking an investment round to raise £475,000. Over 50% of this figure has been raised to date. Affresol are interested in securing investment from private individuals or Business Angels. The minimum investment that would be considered would be £10,000 up to a maximum of £220,000. Investment in Affresol will be covered by HMRC Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).
Affresol have an intention to float the company on the Alternative Investments Market within the next 12 months.
